Industry Celebrates an Icon

Industry suppliers gathered to celebrate the end of an era as Peter Cowlard, Makers Technical Director hanged up his boots after 33 years in the industry.

Peter is truly an Icon in the refurbishment sector and is known by many.  His representation with the CRA, LWRA and BPA has meant he has become widely known and respected.

To provide an opportunity to wish Peter all the best and thank him for his endeavours, to all the people he has worked with over his 28 years with Makers, Peter’s calender represented a top socialite for most of December with hosted dinners up and down the country.

“Peter is part of the furniture, he can’t possibly retire.” – Mark Saxton -MD Triflex

It has been a privilege to work along side Peter for many years.  We have had a fantastic working relationship that has benefitted both companies.” – Mark Bushell – Business Unit Manager, Sika

Our thanks to Triflex, Sika, Weber and the many other well wishers who took time out to celebrate Peter’s career at the Swan with Two Necks in Nantwich, and the Beach Garden Babylon in Notting Hill, London.
