Makers Welcomes Their New Apprentices

Mick Stubbs and Dean Hubbard are the successful candidates to be chosen for the 2014 Apprentice Site Manager Programme.

The 5 year programme will see Mick and Dean study at Walsall College on  a day release basis and complete a  series of Makers modules through out each year.

The first 2 years will see Mick and Dean complete their NVQ Level 3 in Construction Management and gain their SSSTS qualification, and then progress to NVQ Level 4 in year 3.

Walsall was awarded “The Outstanding” accreditation by Ofsted in 2013, the first in the UK under the new framework.  Walsall College specialises in Apprenticeship and on the job training and is delighted to welcome Makers apprentices over the next 5 years.

Makers will be looking to appoint 2 new Site Management Apprenticeships next year starting in September 2015.  If you are currently studying in the lower 6th or at college taking “A” levels and wish to be considered please forward your CV to training@makers.biz
