Operator’s Licence Creates Logistical Investment

Makers logistics is a key function in supporting all of our sites and with some recent large contract wins, the ability to serve these projects and remain flexible is paramount.

Makers have added 3 additional vehicles to the fleet to ensure maximum efficiency when both setting up and decamping site.  The award of the recent operator’s licence will have a true effect of halving certain number of journeys to site whilst being able to set them up quicker with key plant and materials.

The 7.0 Tonne IZUZU easy shift will play a pivotal role going forward, making logistical deliveries safer.  Equipped with reversing cameras, Sat Nav and in-cab communications this is yet another chapter in the development of Makers Logistics.
