This is a Multi Storey Self Storage unit based in North London, providing both commercial and personal units for storage.

The loading/unloading area Tarmacked area had failed causing numerous areas of water ingress into the storage units below damaging goods and belongings stored beneath.

Makers were tasked with carrying out the repair and new waterproofing works to this area to alleviate water ingress seeping into the existing concrete substrate and causing major issues to the concrete slab. The works had to be phased to allow full access for the end user to access their units. These renovations aim to stop all water ingress and to improve the facilities and ensure all the storage units meets the needs and expectations of the end users.
