Makers Showcases Innovative Structural Strengthening

PropertyMakers were delighted to be invited to present a paper on ‘Innovative Structural Strengthening’ at this year’s Parking & Property event held in London on 15th May 2015. The paper discussed the use of lightweight composite carbon-fibre materials to improve flexural strength and structurally upgrade defective car park structures as an alternative to demolition and replacement.

00101The event was attended by more than 150 delegates from all sectors of the Parking Industry who attended to listen to a range of technical presentations regarding a variety of topics relating to car park maintenance and refurbishment.

Makers also exhibited our free ‘Lifecare Planning’ service which attracted yet further interest from visiting car park owners & operators looking for advice & guidance on how to put together a Lifecare Plan for their car parks.

The feedback on the stand was excellent and we were delighted to hear delegates proclaiming that the event “… was the best parking conference we’ve ever attended!”
