Makers a “Buzz” at Wasps

Wasps Rugby

Makers clients enjoyed a thrilling match between Wasps and Leicester Tigers. Although this is yet to establish itself as a local derby due to the Wasps recent relocation to the Ricoh Arena, it soon will be with only 27 miles separating the two teams.

Over 18,000 fans created the “buzz” at the Ricoh which saw a closely contested game which saw 8 tries 4 for each team with wasps running out eventual winners 41 – 35.

Wasps had command of the first half having a 7-point lead 25 – 18 and despite the sending off of Tigers Will Spencer in the 30 minute the Tigers rallied to make it a close affair.

Sean Allsop, HSQE Manager

“We are grateful for our clients taking time out of their weekends to enjoy a highly competitive game of rugby, the West Midlands has been desperate for Premier League representation and Wasps are now providing that opportunity”
