Charity Ride “Triumph” In Paris

Final DayDarren Wootton, Makers Operations/ Technical Director and the team “triumphantly” arrived in Paris despite Darren’s altercation with a kerb and pub car park on the second day of the ride.  The support team were on hand only to video this calamity!

“the 2nd day was very trying, and I seemed to have misjudged the kerb!”

Darren Wootton – Operations & Technical Director

“The final day was upon us, sore shins, scrapes, misguided judgments by others and a brave attempt by a French lady who had a collision with 3 of the riders and quoted, “I did not see them in their brightly coloured Lycra!”  We eventually made it to the Eiffel Tower, despite 3 riders down; fortunately the riders have made a full recovery.”

Darren Wootton – Operations & Technical Director

DWCongratulations to all for the fantastic effort that the riders have put in and the overall total of £40,000 raised for a good cause. Well Done.
